OpusDone cannot connect a WhatsApp number today: WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are not live, and only the website widget and Telegram are. WhatsApp is the channel we are building next, and this page says where it stands and what to use in the meantime. Everything you set up now carries over when it opens.

These are Meta’s constraints, not ours, and they explain both the wait and why we are reasonably confident about the fit.
Meta’s January 2026 policy requires agents on WhatsApp to be scoped to a business rather than acting as general assistants. That is exactly how OpusDone is built, so the model fits the rule instead of being bent to it.
Business-initiated messages require pre-approved templates and are billed by Meta per conversation. That is a different shape from a website chat, where the customer always speaks first.
A customer’s message opens a 24-hour window, and free-form replies are only possible inside it. Outside the window you are back to templates, which changes how follow-up has to work.
WhatsApp is not live yet. Here is the honest state of it.
Both are live now, and every channel enters the same function so the answer does not depend on the door.
WhatsApp requires business-scoped agents under Meta’s January 2026 policy, which is exactly how OpusDone is built.
WhatsApp is the next channel on the bench, and your knowledge, scope and escalation rules do not change when it arrives.

We are not giving you a date we cannot hold, because a made-up timeline is exactly the kind of thing this product refuses to do to your customers. It is the next channel we are building. Register and you will hear from us when it is real.
Read this section as the correction to any impression the rest of the page gave you.
Not on any plan, not on request, not in a private beta. If you need WhatsApp working this month, OpusDone is not the answer this month.
Your alerts and takeover controls run on Telegram, in-app and email. WhatsApp is not part of that side of the product either.
The live channels are the website widget and Telegram. Anything else you may have seen listed as a channel is not connected yet.
We have described what WhatsApp requires and where we are. We have not committed to a month, because we would rather be dull than wrong.
Knowledge, instructions, escalation targets and calendar connections are channel-independent. When WhatsApp opens it becomes another door into the same assistant.
