Scores you can read

A 0–100 lead score with published weights, not an opaque AI guess.

OpusDone scores every lead from 0 to 100, and the weights that produce the number are printed on this page. The total is recomputed from scratch each time something happens in the conversation, so you can say precisely why a lead sits at 65 rather than 40. Above 50, you hear about it.

  • Published weights, plain arithmetic
  • Alert threshold at 50
  • One lead per person

Why scores get ignored

A score nobody can explain is a score nobody acts on.

Most lead scoring fails on trust rather than accuracy. You cannot argue with a number you cannot take apart.

01

You never see the working.

A model that hands back “quality: high” gives you nothing to check, nothing to disagree with and nothing to explain to whoever is doing the calling.

02

The bar is set too high to be useful.

Scoring tuned to reward a complete profile will sit quietly on a phone number that would have answered this afternoon.

03

One person counts twice.

The same human writing on two channels turns into two records, two alerts and two people preparing to chase the same enquiry.

The arithmetic

Where does each point in an OpusDone lead score come from?

Nothing here is inferred from tone. Each line is an event that either happened or did not.

  1. 01

    Opened a chat: +10

Someone started a conversation rather than bouncing. On its own it is nowhere near the bar, and it is not meant to be.
  2. 02

Engaged, three messages or more: +10

A back-and-forth rather than a single question. It separates a genuine enquiry from a curiosity click.
  3. 03

    Gave a name: +10

Small on purpose. A name makes the follow-up warmer but it does not on its own make the lead reachable.
  4. 04

    Company or website: +25

A business context you can look up before you call. Weighted below a contact detail, above a first name.
  5. 05

    Email: +40

A way to reach them that does not expire. On its own it clears the 50-point bar once the chat is open.
  6. 06

    Phone: +40

The same weight as an email, for the same reason. One reachable channel is one reachable channel.
  7. 07

    Booked a call: +40

They have put time in your diary. Intent and reachability in a single event.
  8. 08

    Accepted a Telegram handoff: +20

The conversation moved to a channel that is itself a mailbox, so you can pick it up later. Totals are capped at 100.

Why is the bar 50 and not 80?

Because one reachable contact is enough to act on. An email alone clears it. A phone number alone clears it. A booking alone clears it. A higher bar would hold back the leads you could have rung before lunch.

What you see

When does OpusDone alert you about a lead?

Hot, warm and cool are just the number.

Hot at 75 or above, warm at 50, cool at 30. The label is a reading of the arithmetic rather than a second, separate opinion about the person.

Recomputed from scratch on every event.

Reachable is a different question from good.

A lead counts as reachable if it holds any contact detail, or if it arrived on a channel that is itself a mailbox. The website is the only dead end, and there is a dedicated unreachable list for people who showed real intent and left no way to answer them.

Crossing 50 reaches you.

In-app bell always, email always, Telegram free if you have connected it, and at most one alert per customer every 15 minutes. The weekly digest and monthly report show how the week compared with the one before.

What will the OpusDone lead score never be?

The score exists to be checked. Every rule below is a property of the arithmetic, not a promise about a model’s judgement.

A black box.

The weights are published above and the total is plain arithmetic, rebuilt from the events each time one lands. No hidden signal moves it.

A judgement about the person.

It counts what happened — messages sent, details given, a booking made. It does not read enthusiasm into wording or downgrade someone for being blunt.

Split across conversations.

Leads are deduped on a stored key — email, phone or website visitor — behind a unique index. Telegram on Monday and your website on Thursday is one lead with two linked conversations.

Bought with a withheld answer.

On your website the assistant answers first and asks once, and it never makes a reply conditional on getting an email, because an anonymous visitor is one click from gone.

Silent about the people it cannot score.

Real intent with no way to follow up goes on the unreachable list rather than quietly disappearing into the conversation log.

Lead scoring questions, answered

What actually counts as a qualified lead?

Anything at 50 or above, which in practice means one reachable contact detail or a booking. The threshold is deliberately weighted that way: an email on its own, a phone number on its own, or a booked call on its own all clear it.

What if the same person writes on two channels?

They stay one lead. Deduplication runs on a stored key — email, phone or website visitor — with a unique index behind it, so the second conversation is linked to the existing record instead of creating a rival one. The score carries across both.

Does it push leads into my CRM?

No. There is no CRM connector and no two-way sync of any kind. Leads live in the workspace, alerts arrive in the app and by email — plus Telegram if you connect it — and the CSV export is there when you want the list somewhere else.

Which fields do you capture?

Name, email, phone, Telegram handle, company, website, intent, first channel, source, status, score, owner, and first and last activity timestamps. Contact capture is asked for once and only where it makes sense for the channel.

Can I see and export the list?

Yes. The leads workspace lets you filter by status and channel, search free-text across name, email, company, phone and intent, sort by score or recency, and export to CSV. Each business’s data is isolated, credentials are encrypted at rest and the infrastructure is hosted in Germany.

Does the score depend on the model being right?

No. Scoring is arithmetic over recorded events, so it does not drift with a model’s mood or wording. What the assistant contributes is getting the events to happen: answering well enough that someone leaves an email or takes a slot.
