OpusDone sends your client a reminder for every booking, by SMS and by email, without anybody in your business having to remember it. Email is unlimited on every plan. SMS is an allowance that comes with the plan rather than a separate subscription, and there is no per-message fee on top.

Work it out with your own numbers rather than ours — it is the same sum for a barber and for a dental practice, and it only ever has three terms in it.
The chair was blocked, the person did not come, and the hour is gone. There is no version of the day where you get it back.
A no-show at 11 usually means an empty 11 and a rushed 12, because nobody found out in time to offer the slot to anybody else.
Somebody booked at midnight three weeks ago and has not thought about it since. That is the part a message the day before actually fixes.
Every plan, every booking, no allowance to watch. If a client gave an email address, they can be reminded, and it costs you nothing.
The allowance comes with the plan — not a separate subscription, and not a charge per message. It resets at the start of every month.
The reminder is attached to the booking when it is made — by your client on your booking page, by you at the desk, or by the assistant in a conversation. Nobody has to run a list at the end of the day.
Every reminder carries the link to reschedule or cancel. A client who cannot come and says so gives you a gap you can refill, which is worth far more than a client who simply does not arrive.
How the client agreed to be contacted is stored against their contact record with a date, and they can stop the messages from the link in any reminder. You are not keeping that in a spreadsheet.
The dashboard shows the SMS allowance and how much of it this month has used, well before it matters.
The same rule as everywhere else on this site: the limits are on the page, not in the support queue.
SMS pauses for the rest of the month; email carries on, unlimited, and nobody is charged extra. The dashboard warns you before you get there. If your business sends more SMS than a plan includes, tell us — that is a pricing conversation we would rather have in advance.
No email address and no mobile number means no reminder. A booking made on your page always asks for one.
Reminders are about an appointment the client already made. OpusDone does not send campaigns, offers or newsletters to your client list, and there is no bulk-SMS feature hiding behind this one.
A reminder makes it far more likely and gives them an easy way to move it. It is not a deposit. If you want the money committed as well, that is what taking a deposit on the service is for.
