What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is one back-and-forth with a customer, however many messages it takes to answer them, book them or hand them to you. The included amount is generous for a typical small business — most never reach it.

What happens if I go over?

Nothing breaks. Extra conversations are small pay-as-you-go, and we alert you before you get near your limit. Your assistant never stops mid-chat with a customer.

Which AI does it use?
