Build your page
Add your services, prices and people, and connect each person’s Google Calendar or Cal.com. Your page is live on its own link, with a QR code, at the end of it.

Charge you per booking

Show another business on your page
Your booking page lists your services and your people. There is no “you may also like” strip under your name.
Hold your client list
Your contacts and your bookings download from your dashboard whenever you like — the whole list, not the first screen of it. You never have to ask us for them.
Write or import reviews
We do not import reviews and we never invent them. Reviews you have collected elsewhere belong to that platform; your page here starts honest and empty.
Lock you into a term
Monthly or yearly, and you cancel from Billing in your dashboard.
Questions about the booking system.
Do my clients need an app?
No. Your booking page opens in any phone browser, in the language the phone is set to. Nobody creates an account and nobody downloads anything.
Do I need Google Calendar?
Today, yes: each person’s calendar is a free Google Calendar or a Cal.com account. It is also how the day’s appointments end up on your phone without us building another app for you to check.
What if I run out of reminder SMS?
Email reminders never run out. SMS is an allowance each month, and the dashboard shows how much is left well before you need it.
Can I take deposits, or the full price?
Both, and you choose per service: nothing until they arrive, a deposit (a fixed amount or a percentage), or the full price when they book. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you on your own payout schedule and there is no commission on it. Refunds are made in Stripe for now; a refund screen here is on the list.
Can I add the AI assistant later?
Yes, and that is the intended path. It answers on your website and on Telegram and, when you let it, books into the same calendars. Nothing you set up for the booking page is redone.
How fast can I actually be live?
An afternoon is realistic: services and prices, the people who take bookings, opening hours, and one calendar connection each. You can start free, build the whole thing, and only pay on the day you switch it on.
How many people does Booking Team include?
You plus 5 — 6 calendars and 6 logins. Each extra person after that is €9.99 a month.
Can I bring my client list from another system?
Yes. Ask your current provider for a copy, then Contacts → Import: the columns are matched for you, duplicates are merged, and nothing is written until you have seen what will be skipped.
